Over 25 years of international management experience in large corporation and medium-sized family owned businesses. A graduated Chemist and experienced interim-manager, specialist in transformation and innovation processes.

Extensive success in building sales-organisations, restructuring and sales & success advancement.

Team oriented, situational-cooperative leadership style, experienced in multi-cultural, cross-functional teams.

I am deeply influenced by my heritage in the Austrian mountains and adopt many principles of a well planned mountain tour into my daily business. Often a new route brings us to our destination faster than the much-frequented trail. Curiosity, courage and determination are rewarded with surprising views.
